DESCRIPTION |
| VINYASA |
A vigorous, dynamic style which links breath and movement through a
heat building sequence of postures. For the physically active, previous
yoga experience required. |
MIXED LEVELS
|
For healthy
beginners as well as more experienced students. A more gentle yoga
class that explores basic postures as well as the foundations
(integrating breath and movement, grounding and centering, deep
relaxation). |

A fun, mixed-levels after-school yoga class to music. |
